CourseAcademy provides educational programs, coaching, and templates designed to help individuals create, launch, and scale their own online courses.

1.2 Program Access

By purchasing CourseAcademy, you receive

1.3 Usage Rights

All materials provided within CourseAcademy are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal license to use the content but cannot share, resell, or distribute any of the materials without prior written consent.

1.4 Confidentiality

All course materials, coaching sessions, and resources are considered confidential and proprietary to CourseAcademy. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment, Refunds & Guarantees

2.1 Payment

CourseAcademy is a one-time payment program.An installment plan may be available upon request.Payments are processed through Stripe, Klarna, or bank transfer.

2.2 Refund Policy

A 14-day refund policy applies under Swedish consumer law for digital purchases. However, refund eligibility requires that you have not accessed significant portions of the course.A 12-month Sales Guarantee applies. If you have not made at least one sale within 12 months, we will work with you personally 1-on-1 until you achieve a sale or offer a full refund, provided you meet the following requirements: Completed all course video materials. Attended at least 5 coaching calls. Implemented all core strategies, including: Course creation & setup, Sales funnel & page implementation, Running ads & creating content

2.3 Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through their payment provider. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in loss of access to CourseAcademy. In the case of an unauthorized chargeback, CourseAcademy reserves the right to pursue legal action or send the claim to a debt collection agency.

2.4 Non-Payment Consequences

Clients on an installment plan who fail to make a payment will have their access revoked until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Disclaimers & Liability

3.1 No Guaranteed Income

While CourseAcademy provides proven strategies and tools, your success depends on your effort, implementation, and execution. We do not guarantee a specific income or financial result beyond your first-sale guarantee.

3.2 Testimonials & Results

for every client. Your outcome will depend on your own effort, background, and experience.

3.3 Liability Limitation

CourseAcademy cannot be held responsible for: Your business decisions or financial losses. Any technical issues with third-party platforms or software. Your inability to generate sales if the provided strategies are not fully implemented.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

4.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, CourseAcademy will first attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.

4.3 Group Lawsuits

Clients agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against CourseAcademy. All disputes must be handled individually.

4.4 Data Protection

CourseAcademy collects and stores name, email, and phone number for communication and retargeting purposes. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

4.5 Use of Success Stories

By enrolling, you grant CourseAcademy the right to

feature your success story in marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.
